Cut Out Ring Sizer

This ring size method provides a flat measurement tool to be used with a plain piece of string. Wrap the sizer around the knuckle or widest part of the finger to be sized. Slip the pointed end through the slit and place around your nger. Cut along the dotted line marked find your size to make a slit.

Once wrapped the number closest to the arrow point is the ring size. With the numbers facing out slip the tip of the ring sizer through the slot. Place the ring sizer around your finger then slip the pointed end through slit with the numbers facing out. Cut a small slit next to the arrow.

Place your finger inside the ring sizer and then pull snugly. Wrap the sizing tool around the desired finger be sure the numbered side of the tool is facing out. Place the sizer on your ring finger and carefully pull taut to read the finger size. Print out this page.

Cut out your ring sizer as shown on the diagram. Insert the sharp point marked a through the slot b. Print our paper ring sizer via the print icon above. Pull the pointed end so it slides to a snug t.

There you have it. When printing the guide make sure your print scale is set to 100 percent and the fit to page box is left unchecked in order to get an accurate measurement from the printout. Start by placing the flat end of the strip on the finger and wrap the arrow end around until the fit is snug. On the ring sizer cut along the dotted line making a small slot.

Forming a circle insert the end of the tab into the slot with the numbers facing outward. You may need someone to help you to hold and read the measurement. You can also print out our ring sizer from your computer at home. Please make sure that your printer is set to 100 print size.
